They gave me huge and updated room with the whirlpool tub and comfy pillows, as example. And the facilities were beautiful. The location to the Blue Ash area was great and easy.

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was good-sized and stocked. There were a whirlpool and an iron in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location was favourable, right by the zoo, several restaurants and river boat. Also, it was 2 miles from a lakefront park.

The hotel is in a great safe neighborhood and within walking distance of several restaurants. It is also conveniently located near Kings Island and the Blue Ash area. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary light breakfast on Christmas Day was a nice touch.

The staff failed to address a noise issue with other guests allowing a child to bounce a basketball late at night and early in the morning.
